1xbdt Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement for Bangladesh

Introduction & Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 1xbdt ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player") who accesses, registers, or places wagers on https://1xbdt.app. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1xbdt reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. The current version of these Terms is always available at /terms-conditions and was last updated in January 2026.

1. Eligibility

To open an account and use the 1xbdt platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. 1xbdt reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify eligibility.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or placing bets on 1xbdt under any circumstances.
• You must be an individual person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other party or entity.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 1xbdt account. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must register using your own genuine personal details — name, mobile number, date of birth. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 1xbdt or have been permanently closed from the platform for any reason.

2. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 1xbdt. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which will serve as the primary account identifier. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password). 1xbdt will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify 1xbdt customer support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. Report via live chat on the official site only.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your 1xbdt account is for your personal use only and must not be accessed by, or made available to, any third party including family members.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing your first withdrawal or at any point determined by 1xbdt's compliance team. Required documents typically include National ID Card or passport. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.
• 1xbdt reserves the right to close accounts that display unusual activity patterns, including but not limited to: coordinated group betting, use of automated tools or bots, arbitrage betting strategies that exploit system pricing errors, or any behaviour indicative of fraud.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account transactions on 1xbdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions processed through the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your 1xbdt account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 1xbdt is not responsible for delays caused by the payment network.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals to a different method require prior approval from the 1xbdt compliance team and may require additional verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 1xbdt does not charge a processing fee on outgoing withdrawals; however, fees applied by the payment network on their side are outside our control.
• Winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until the rollover condition is satisfied in full.
• 1xbdt reserves the right to place a 24-hour security hold on any withdrawal flagged by our fraud detection systems. Affected players will be notified via their registered mobile number.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

1xbdt offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, free spins, deposit match bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following terms apply to all bonuses.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per IP address and per mobile device. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes fraud and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Bonus funds expire if not used within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days, as specified per promotion).
• 1xbdt reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash equivalent.
• Where a player is found to be exploiting a promotion through dishonest means — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic abuse of bonus mechanics — 1xbdt reserves the right to void any affected bets and winnings and close the account.

5. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on 1xbdt, covering sports betting, live betting, casino games, crash games and all other wagering products available on the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 1xbdt does not accept requests to void confirmed bets except in instances where a manifest pricing error can be demonstrated — in which case 1xbdt reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers Test matches, and ODI series — are governed by the rules of the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a dispute over a cricket outcome, the governing body's official result is definitive.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and others). 1xbdt does not influence or have access to the RNG output.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent deposits, stolen payment credentials, or any other illicit means will be voided and the account permanently closed. Any winnings from such bets will be forfeited.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting section and are subject to change. 1xbdt reserves the right to limit stakes on any market at any time.

6. Responsible Gaming

1xbdt is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform is designed exclusively for adult entertainment, and we take our obligations in this area with the utmost seriousness.

• Players may set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Deposit limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when raised.
• Players may request a temporary time-out (24 hours to 6 weeks) or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting 1xbdt customer support via live chat. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being processed and is irrevocable for the selected period.
• Players who feel their gambling may be becoming problematic are encouraged to use the self-assessment tools available on the Responsible Gaming page at /responsible-gaming, or to contact a licensed counselling service.
• 1xbdt will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to continue gambling. If a self-excluded player opens a new account, any winnings generated in that account will be voided upon discovery and the account permanently closed.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

1xbdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances set out below. Suspension does not automatically entitle a player to a refund of their account balance.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to: provision of false registration details, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, or collusion with other players.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, use of stolen payment credentials, or any other activity that is or may be in breach of applicable law.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe specified in the verification request issued by 1xbdt.
• Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the originating payment method following completion of a standard identity check.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1xbdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from a player's own error in placing a bet; technical failures or interruptions of service outside 1xbdt's reasonable control; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa or Mastercard; or any action taken by a player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform.

1xbdt's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Amendments to These Terms

1xbdt may update, amend or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised version to this page. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Where changes are material, 1xbdt may notify registered players via the mobile number on record. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support via live chat.
